We are dedicated to upholding internationally recognized human rights standards. This includes safeguarding the freedom of association, eradicating all forms of forced and compulsory labor, and maintaining a zero-tolerance policy towards child labor. We actively promote human rights within our operations and hold our partners to the same standards.
We guarantee that we do not participate in or condone any human rights violations.
We prioritize the prevention of human rights abuses. We urge all stakeholders, including employees, partners, and communities, to promptly report any instances of human rights violations they encounter. We implement measures to prevent such violations within our sphere of influence and ensure that our operations do not contribute to any human rights abuses.

Our objective is to enhance labor-management relations, particularly in regions lacking sufficient institutional and legal structures for acknowledging trade unions and facilitating collective bargaining.

Our commitment extends to continuously developing environmental requirements and fostering collaboration on environmental issues. We believe in empowering every employee with the responsibility for environmental protection. Furthermore, we maintain transparent communication with our partners regarding environmental matters.

We work against corruption in all its forms, including extortion and bribery.
At Handling System, we prioritize relationships built on trust and are committed to maintaining and enhancing our reputation. Therefore, we categorically reject the offering or acceptance of bribes to further our actions. We urge our partners to adopt a zero-tolerance stance towards bribery and corruption.
We always act in the best interests of our company and ensure that personal or affiliated interests do not influence our decision-making process.
While gifts of moderate value and business-related hospitality are acceptable, employees must judiciously assess the appropriateness, reasons, and necessity of such gestures. Our guiding principle is to make decisions based on commercial merits, while also respecting the laws of the countries in which we operate.

General Business Principles
We comply with relevant laws and standards, and we expect the same measures from our partners.
At Handling System, we adhere to all applicable laws and regulations within each operation and country where we conduct business. We expect all prospective business partners, irrespective of their location, to uphold these same legal standards. While these are deemed as minimum requirements, we endeavor to exceed them whenever feasible. Consequently, we embrace voluntary principles outlined in our company policies, which we also anticipate our partners to honor.
We do not participate in political nor religious activity as a company.
We actively participate in societal discussions but refrain from providing financial support to political parties and their affiliated entities or making any direct or indirect contributions to political or religious causes.
